The purpose of this Site is to inform its visitors (hereinafter User) about the services and solutions offered by The Laude Technology Company (hereinafter The Laude Technology Company).

By accessing or using the contents of this Site it is implied that the User has read and accepted, without any reservations, these General Terms & Conditions that govern the access, navigation and use of the Site, and any responsibilities arising from the use of its content, as well as our Privacy Policy.


Intellectual & Industrial Property Rights

The relations established between The Laude Technology Company, S.L. and the User shall be governed by the applicable law. However, for cases where legislation foresees the possibility for both parties submitting to a jurisdiction, The Laude Technology Company and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, shall submit to the Spanish Law and the Courts of Madrid.
