Miguel Ángel García Matatoros has led BlueTC since its inception in 2005 and has taken the company through a business reengineering and diversification process that has made the company into what it is today. He is responsible for ensuring that BlueTC achieves its ambitious goals for growth, innovation and international expansion and defines its strategic direction and positioning.

Before joining BlueTC, Miguel Ángel García Matatoros developed his professional career in organisations such as the European Space Agency, GMV and Grupo Álamo Sistemas de Información, where he was also CEO.

Miguel Ángel García Matatoros holds a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and went through an Executive Education Program at the IESE Business School where his interest for the different management disciplines, including innovation, finance and quality management in service companies, was sparked.

Ricardo Silva Sanz

Ricardo Silva Sanz joined BlueTC in 2008 and has since been the Director of Operations.

His role in the company is to guarantee high quality in every step of the execution and delivery of customer projects and services. He has designed and implemented a range of new customer collaboration models to cover a wider specter of customer needs and preferences. Ricardo also manages BlueTC’s Innovation Team that develops new Solutions and Services to meet changing customer needs and updates management on the latest technology developments.

Ricardo Silva has mainly developed his professional career in Ericsson Spain, AT&T Network Systems and Lucent Technologies where he has had different engineering and managerial positions.

He holds a telecommunications engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain, where he specialized in telematics.
